There is a "Handling" Charge of $6.70 per package for this required signature.
UPS attempts to deliver a package 3 times. If they are unsuccessful in acquiring a signature, the package will be returned to sender.
Once a package is returned to our shipping department, the order will be cancelled.
Only products purchased and taxes will be refunded. Shipping & Handling charges are not refunded with cancelled orders.
Returns Policy
Notify us within 48 hours for missing or damaged orders so we may effectively resolve the issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
All orders placed by 3:30 pm CST Monday-Friday, will be shipped out the same day. UPS Next Day/ 2nd Day/ 3-Day delivery rates will vary, prices subject to change.
When choosing UPS Express options, please not that the UPS only considers Monday-Friday as business days.
All orders will receive email confirmation with shipping total and tracking number.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping Charges are based on weight and distance. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping charges are added at checkout. If you place your order after 3:30 pm it will be processed and you will be emailed the NEXT Business Day.
Tracking number will be emailed to you when a label is created.
